The Dien Bien Provincial Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion Center is a public service unit under the authority of the People’s Committee of Dien Bien Province, performing two groups of functions and duties as follows: the group of tasks of “Serving State Management” and the group of tasks of “Provision of Public Services” in the fields of Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion within the province.

Performing the tasks of “Provision of Public Services” in the fields of Investment, Trade and Tourism Promotion: Providing consultancy and support to enterprises and investors during the preparation and implementation of investment projects; developing projects for new tourism products, diversifying tourism types and tourism ecosystems; organizing the provision of public non-business services in the field of tourism; and carrying out commercial and service consultancy activities.
